Processing of withdrawal requests and answering to requests via email and in the Client Area will not be executed from December 31, 2019 through January 7, 2020, except for January 3, 2020 and January 6, 2020: processing of withdrawal requests from 5:00 to 14:00; answering to requests from 8:00 to 17:00.
